STEP 1: Register

Non-refundable deposit of $10/person (babies free) is due July 1,
2012.  All deposits count toward the total camp fee.  The remainder of
the camp fee is due August 5, 2013.

Scholarships are available to AZHV members. To qualify for a
scholarship, you MUST send in a deposit for your family of
$10/person along with this registration form and your completed
Financial Aid Request form.  Any questions, call 866-685-1050.

Registration fee includes meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch and lodging, & childcare.

Download the Photo Release and Assumption of Risk Forms to fill-out.
You can bring them with your, scan and email them, or mail them with a payment.
