Thank you for your interest in AZ Hands & Voices. With your annual membership you will receive: discounted prices to workshops and the quarterly national Hands & Voices newsletter "The Communicator." Scholarships for membership are available to those families in need of assistance.

Registration Form

There are two ways to become a member.
• You can download and fill out our registration form. Mail the form along with your payment to AZHV. (Checks only please, sorry credit cards not accepted)
